Empowering Ethics Programs
Joel Rogers, Kaplan EduNeering’s Vice President of Ethics and Compliance, led a discussion on “empowering your organization’s ethics program.” Participating in that panel were Susan Knauf, Vice President, Quality Performance, The Louis Berger Group; Tony Boswell, Executive Director of Chicago’s Office of Compliance; and Susan Moore-Pruitte, Manager of e-Learning, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. Three different organizations, each with a similar mission, spoke of their challenges and best practices used to address those challenges.
