Eduneering Provides Around-the-Clock Customer Service With AT&T’s Advanced Redundant Network
PRINCETON, N.J., May 3, 2006 - AT&T Inc. announced today a three-year contract extension to provide dedicated, redundant high-speed Internet circuits to EduNeering, a Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Company with multiple locations in the U.S. and the UK.
By integrating its expertise in business, learning and technology, EduNeering delivers comprehensive, Internet-deployed training programs to corporate and government clients in the life sciences, healthcare, energy and industrial sectors. EduNeering's customized training programs are delivered through the company's state-of-the-art online data center that is backed by AT&T's network of DS3 circuits. Designed to operate at the highest levels of security and reliability, the circuits allow EduNeering to seamlessly deliver high-bandwidth solutions to its clients - and without the risk of service interruption.
"Our clients depend on EduNeering to provide solutions that make them more knowledgeable, productive and effective organizations," said Dr. Donald A. Deieso, president and CEO of EduNeering. "As an Application Service Provider, we are dedicated to providing reliable service to our clients - no matter what time of day or from what location. With support from AT&T as a trusted partner, we are confident in our ability to do just that."
EduNeering's state-of-the-art data center delivers "5 nines" of reliability (99.999%), even during disaster recovery events, such as last year's Hurricane Rita when all network equipment was successfully moved to and from the company's back-up facility.
AT&T's DS3 solution will also allow EduNeering to easily increase scalability as Internet demands rise. The AT&T solution is not only reliable, but also flexible to accommodate for EduNeering's increasing bandwidth and growth.
