EduNeering Names Lisa Clune Sr. Vice President, Operations

The breadth of Ms. Clune's expertise will enable Eduneering to continue on its rapid growth curve as highlighted by the addition of 38 new clients in 2006

Princeton, NJ -- January 25, 2007 - EduNeering, a leading provider of knowledge management solutions to assure regulatory compliance and improve business performance, has named Lisa Clune to serve as the company's Sr. Vice President, Operations and Chief Technology Officer.

Prior to her new appointment, Clune served as EduNeering's Chief Technology Officer, directing the technology and project management resources of the company. In this new role, Lisa will have full responsibility for all of EduNeering's client and professional services, contract execution, and technology delivery. Ms. Clune has extensive expertise in the integration of enterprise applications, including SAP, Siebel and Oracle. This is a key growth area for the company, as EduNeering's technologies are increasingly tapped to interoperate with, and leverage the value of, document management, human resources information, manufacturing enterprise, and other learning management systems.

Before joining EduNeering, Clune served with General Electric Healthcare, Amersham Health, Hoffmann La Roche, and Tyco International. As the Director of Corporate Applications with Tyco, she held direct oversight responsibility for more than 150 corporate applications, including clients' web and training applications.
