Kaplan EduNeering’s Safety Training Supervisor (STS) solution has enabled companies to improve on-site safety, reduce insurance and workers’ compensation costs, and minimize absenteeism due to accidents and injuries. Our STS training and certification program is compatible with the OSHA-approved STS program developed by the Council on Certification of Health, Environmental and Safety Technologists (CCHEST) for managers and first-line supervisors. The CHHEST program employs a blended learning approach coupled with field experience. Kaplan EduNeering’s STS program provides supervisors with training in subject areas including regulatory compliance, workplace safety and worker protections. Following training, supervisors are tested, retrained in targeted areas when necessary, and certified.
