Business Solutions DirectorThe Business Solutions Director is responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of customer engagements, where engagements include complex implementation/expansion of Kaplan EduNeering's compliance management and learning management systems, including interoperability with clients' document management and enterprise systems. The role applies project management discipline, coordinates and leads internal and external resources to accomplish project engagements within time, budget and scope; beginning immediately after the sales process has completed until final execution. This role is the "single point of contact" for the fulfillment of the engagement.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a validated training environment. Particularly in the life sciences industry.
• Experience administering and maintaining a learning management system.
• Knowledge of training processes and standards required by a company regulated by the FDA.
• A minimum of 7-10 years professional experience consulting with large (Fortune 500) companies.
• Significant experience managing technology based projects; particularly ASP web-based solutions, including learning and knowledge based systems.
• Ideally have delivered, at a minimum, one or two systems implementation projects.
• Experience within compliance-based business environments, such as life sciences or financial systems, as well as working on business processes such as manufacturing and quality.
• Platform knowledge - understand packaged solution that can be tailored to client's needs, linking to resident client systems (ERP, Quality, HR, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Able to work with a variety of clients at various levels at the same time.
• Working in an entrepreneurial environment in a dynamic situation - react quickly and think on feet, be creative and understand what the client needs.
• High level of proficiency in project management, client relationship management, verbal communication, oral communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or similar) required, a Masters degree is preferred.
• PMI certification would be considered favorably.
Account Director
The Account Director position is responsible for growing existing customers and developing new opportunities within their designated business units. The Account Director should have 5+ years of solid account management experience selling into key verticals such as health care industries or other highly regulated industries. This executive sales position requires excellent skills in presenting technology enabled knowledge solutions, the ability to analyze and consolidate customer engagements/business problems and to define executable solutions and value propositions, with the assistance of our Practice Leader and support team. Expertise selling LMS or other enterprise solutions software to multiple business units within complex environments is vital.
Requirements:
• Experience in a technology consultative sales environment
• Superb written and oral presentation skills
• Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree a plus)
• Domestic travel to 75%
• Credible business references with documented sales quota achievements
Platform ManagerThe Platform Manager is responsible for proactively managing our Production, QA, Test, Training and Demo Applications platforms. The Platform Manager is responsible for the overall support of the production platform, participates in the design and development of enhancements, improvement and fixes, resolves customer complaints and generally ensures the platform is in good health.
Requirements:
• Ability to lead small technical teams.
• Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Technology Stack (.NET 3.5, ASP, ASPV, AJAX, SQL 2000/2005).
• Ability to work in a 24x7 environment in which the application must be up at all times is critical.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills along with the ability to report status.
• 5 years plus supervisory experience.
• 7 years plus programming and application development experience.
Lead Generation SpecialistThe Lead Generation Specialist's primary responsibility is to schedule business meetings for our sales team. This position requires a high level of initiative, self motivation, ability to work in a team environment and ability to research or navigate through prospect or existing accounts to identify proper decision makers or influencers to help sales grow existing business or develop new opportunities.
Requirements:
• 3 - 5 years experience in a marketing or telesales capacity.
• Experience with communication of value propositions and ability to document client/prospect interaction to continue nurturing relationships with clients and prospects.
• Must be detail oriented, able to manage and prioritize multiple schedules and coordinate resources for appointments, demos, etc.
• Strong research skills.
