10/20/08: ComplianceWire Support: Shockwave Notice

ComplianceWire now supports the most recent version of Shockwave, Version 11, for taking courses. Until now, only the 10.3 version was supported. However, your users can continue to use version 10.3. We recognize that some ComplianceWire clients may have experienced problems if Version 11 of Shockwave was installed, but this will no longer be an issue when taking our courses.

Mac users: which version of Shockwave being used is not an issue

PC users: some end users may experience problems using Shockwave 11 or earlier because their version of the software has been corrupted. If you have experienced such problems, we recommend the remove the current version and install the earlier version of Shockwave (10.3). Follow these steps:

1. Click the link below, based on your computer's operating system:
   Vista/Windows XP | Windows 2000
   
2. Follow Shockwave instructions (This will take a few minutes to install)
3. Confirm your Shockwave version and restart your computer.
