Automated, built-in compliance workflow identifies and mitigates risk and targets the appropriate action based on individual assessments

October 19, 2009 - Princeton, NJ – Kaplan EduNeering, a leading provider of compliance and knowledge management solutions, has introduced an automated compliance risk management tool to identify and mitigate organizational risk.

Leveraging the power of Kaplan EduNeering’s SaaS (Software as a Service) learning management platform, the Compliance Risk Mitigation Suite includes the SmartForms tool, which pinpoints the employees or external partners who pose risks to the organization and automatically triggers the optimal response, such as learner-specific training or notification in line with the organization’s reporting policies.

“Non-compliance risk is at its highest level in many years, whether as a consequence of current economic conditions or heightened scrutiny by regulators,” said Lisa Clune, President of Kaplan EduNeering.  “A number of studies and surveys report the escalating concern of corporate leaders across all business sectors that fraudulent activity will continue to climb over the next year. Our clients have asked for our help in aggressively responding to these very serious concerns.  It is because of the need expressed by our clients that Kaplan EduNeering has expanded our compliance solution to include this suite of risk assessment and mitigation tools.”
