To that end, we provide each client with a dedicated Client Services Manager. This assures that each client receives consistent and familiar contact throughout the life of their relationship with Kaplan EduNeering.
Our model also allows the Client Services Manager to build a strong relationship with the client and have a thorough understanding of any client-specific concerns, issues, and needs. Each Client Service Manager is:
Knowledgeable: All representatives are full-time Kaplan EduNeering staff, with extensive product knowledge, and several have real-world, ComplianceWire experience.
Available 24/7: All representatives have blackberry and continuous computer access around the clock, to support a global workforce
Proactive: Our team distributes regular newsletters, conducts on-site training, and host webinars to assist system administrators with best practices.
